Looks like we’ve got two new members of the Chef Roblé & Co team!

Perhaps we’ll meet them all in Season 2, airing in January 2013. Left to right from Roblé: Air ‘Che’ Gravy, Adam Banks, [not sure, yet], Jeorge, D’Andre, Kiku, Rob McCue.

Lifestyle Decoded with Roblé

Be sure to check out and support Chef Roblé’s Lifestyle Decoded campaign with Gillette. There’s a very cool video interview on the site that you won’t want to miss! Roblé, in slow motion, slices and dices fresh ingredients from the Tompkins Square Park farmer’s market to prepare a salad for Russell Simmons.

Special THANK YOU to all the fans who continue to visit the site and follow us on Twitter, despite us being in hibernation mode. We’re keeping it low-key while we patiently wait for the premiere of Chef Roblè and Co. Season Two!

Can’t Get Enough: Roble’s Cucumber Lemonade

Here’s our post of Roble’s Cucumber Lemonade recipe from back in December. Enjoy!

Mac ‘n Cheese Please!

Roblé is closer than ever to publishing his popular Duck Bacon Mac Crack ‘n Cheese recipe! You might recall this dish from Season 1, Episode 2 at Kandi Burruss‘ product launch party. What makes this recipe special is his special blend of cheeses and the duck fat cracklings that add a smoky flavor and crunchy texture.

Make sure you retweet this tweet to let Roblé know you want the recipe!

Cookin’ for a Cause: Dine Titanic

Chefs Adam Banks and Rob McCue (the infamous Season 1 key lime juice-spiller) are hosting the Dine Titanic on Saturday, April 14 to honor the centennial mark of the last meal served on the R.M.S. Titanic. A seven-course meal will be served and the chefs will aim to re-imagine the moments of that meal on the Titanic, with a modern twist to the menu.

A portion of the proceeds for this event will be given to The Urban Assembly New York Harbor School, which provides a rigorous, college-prep education teaching students on water job skills and environmental awareness.

Tickets are limited! See the official invite here.
